How the Waitlist for the 4-day Option Works
The 4-Day Option is FULL. What Now?
Our 4-day option for the 2025 Skinny Tire Festival (Saturday - Tuesday) is currently full and a waitlist has been activated. 45 days earlier than years past! We’re thrilled there is so much interest in our March Skinny Tire Festival.
Below are some answers to a lot of questions we have been receiving. Please read all of this content before registering.
How do I get on the waitlist?
If you have read all of the info below and would like to add your name to the waitlist, you can do the following:
Click this link and in the “Select Your Category” section, click the checkbox next to the “Four Day Event (Sat-Tues) WAITLIST” option, and proceed to checkout.
Should I register for the 2-day option AND to the waitlist?
The short answer is: NO.
Our advice: If you want to attend the 4-day event, go ahead and make your travel arrangements for Moab and sign up for the waitlist. Signing up for the waitlist is just like registering, except your credit card is only run if you are moved off the waitlist.
While nothing is guaranteed, history shows we have been able to move a fair amount of people off the waitlist over time.
While we can refund a duplicate registration, Bikereg does not refund their required 6% booking fee.
How does the waitlist work with payment?
We want to be incredibly clear regarding how the waitlist will work. Please read the following before adding yourself to the waitlist.
When you sign up your payment info will be stored, but not captured.
By signing up to be on the waitlist you are agreeing to be an attendee, should a spot open up. This means your credit card will automatically be charged and you will be an attendee of the event.
You acknowledge the risk that this is no refund, credit-only event, should you be moved off the waitlist.
The latest you could be notified of whether you are or are not moved into the event will be February 15th, 2025, by 10 pm MST.
If you signed up for the waitlist, and need to be removed, please email us ASAP.
How do I know if I am moved off the waitlist?
If you are already on the waitlist, you will be notified via email if you have been moved off the waitlist and into the 4-day event. This happens weekly, and slots will open up for a variety of reasons. Please be patient!
The last day you could be notified is February 15th, 2025.
Can I still use my credit coupon when on the waitlist?
Yes! Because signing up for the waitlist is just like registering (except your card is only run if you move off the list), there will be an opportunity to enter your credit code to the registration.
Do I need to worry about the 2-day option selling out?
The 2-day option cannot sell out, so if you do not move off the waitlist, you can then register for the 2-day. You will be notified no later than February 15th, 2025.

Our 2-day option (Saturday & Sunday) can’t sell out and makes for an awesome weekend of cycling in Moab! We promise the Saturday and Sunday routes also contain challenges, scenery, comradery, and epic landscapes worth training for! Consider joining us for the weekend in Moab!
